I think I'm going to settle on the Note 3. It really does all I want it to and it's large enough so I can actually see what i'm doing. From all reviews that i've read, the battery is incredible for the size of the thing.

This is the cell phone insiders thread, not the mini tablet insiders thread.

You have chosen wisely.

If you get the back that converts the phone to wireless charging most cases won't fit, but I found one that does.

I have a bumper case that just fits around the outside of the phone, pretty minimal:

I have always been anti case but the S3 is too light and slippery without a case.

I had the Nexus 4 "bumper" and my screen got absolutely obliterated this weekend. Like, I can't even use it. And the screens are like $180 to repair so I'm almost thinking I should just get a Nexus 5 but those seem kind of big. Also I'm traveling this week and I don't like to be phoneless when traveling.

Big mistake on the "ZTE V768" whatever that is, and not the iPhone.

Well my bitching to Sprint on twitter finally got me out of my contract a year early. The wife and I are looking for new carriers and phones. I'm thinking a Nexus 5 for me and a Moto G for the wife. As for carriers, I was thinking AIO or Tmobile. Thoughts?

Nexus 4 is back, but the proximity sensor doesn't work.

Thats funny, one nexus 5 complaint I have is that the proximity sensor is way too sensitive.

The screen won't come on at all during calls. I went somewhere to get it repaired last week and they told me they were having problems with proximity sensors on replacement screens. I'm guessing the place I finally got it fixed at got their screens from the same place.
