Nice. Still getting used to the phone. It's big. Nice and slim, though.

Youll have a new phone by friday...if you have insurance. all of the small glass shards will eventually fall out and your screen will be f'd.

This is true, but only because Fargo in the wireless world is like shooting fish in a barrel.

30+% of the state's population live in one town=less equipment=better ROI

So to extrapolate:

NDSU LPK=Mad Max
Fargo=Thunderdome

Has Apple proceeded with their in-store $150 iPhone 5 screen repairs yet?

Does anyone have any thoughts on the Moto X? From a "Google Influence" perspective, it's pretty much what I expected it to be. People hoping for Motorola to get special treatment from Google (getting Android builds early, stock experience, etc) weren't paying attention. This isn't a nexus device, and it isn't supposed to be.

It looks intriguing. I'm excited for to see if it holds up as a top of the line phone to go with it's top of the line price. At the very least it looks better than the lineup Moto has been pushing the last few years, and competition in the market is good.

I've done Virgin and T.Mobile prepaid, which are similar. I think Straight talk really throttles your data quickly. T. Mobile and Virgin do, also, but not as bad as Straight Talk.

There's no reason to go on a contract unless you can't afford to pay cash for the phone you want.

I would do Solavei before Straight Talk. Solavei is far more transparent with data caps and such. I'll probably switch after my contract with Sprint is up.

T.mobile is 5gb at 4G before throttling. Which isn't that bad

Ting is pretty great, especially for light users. We are usually around $35 a month for 2 smartphones.

:surprised: do you have to have a Sprint device or does any unlocked phone work? Their website makes it look like it has to be Sprint

my wife went from Sprint to Virgin Mobile.   Saved $60/mo, she had to buy an iphone at cost ($399) but also got a $100 statement credit.  This if for 300 min, unlim text and data

Virgin is great unless you are away from a populated area. Also I don't think there's any way you could use one of their phones internationally.
