Running iOS7 beta 1 on my iphone 5 and other than a few minor bugs it's running pretty well. All of my apps seem to be working so far.  I need to go back and watch the keynote to see all of the new features I'm forgetting, but overall I'm liking the new design.

Late to the party here, but I just found out my work is giving me a new phone.  They're offering me an iPhone 4S, but the email said "are you ok with an iPhone 4S?  Or something else?"  In terms of free phones, what should I demand?  Or should I be happy with a free 4S?

when I'm somewhere with LTE I want something other than a 4s. watchESPN is a stuttery buffering POS on 3g.

I currently have a Droid with LTE, so I'm leery of the 4s, I fear I may miss LTE too much.  Change scares me.

definitely the exception to the rule.  who is your provider?  they'll cut your usage before long.

Verizon.  I was getting ready to change phones and lose the unlimited, anyway.  This was pretty good timing, but now I have to look into other home internet options.

Should I do that?  How would I do that?

It's hard to say because if you need it to be 100% stable and don't want to continue updating with beta 2, 3, and then the full release, I'd say you should just stay with ios6 for now.  I really like ios7 so I'll be sticking with it.  It's easy to update, and easy to restore back to ios6 if you don't like it.  Here's a video explaining how to do it:



Just make sure you back it up on itunes before you update just in case you want to go back.
