babies are barely even people, and they get to go straight to heaven, since they're innocent and all.  that's what makes it funny.  when old people, who as sentient beings have contemplated their own mortality, die undoubtedly following years of unrepentant sinning, it is a tragedy.  rip, if possible, old people.

I do, and if one of them is killed while piloting a small plane, it will be tragic, but it will be what it is.    I've got a good friend who is a pilot, and we joke about it often.   He'd be the first to tell you if he lawn darts his jet into a corn field and it's pilot error, he'd be a dumbass.
