that's what i've been trying to tell these jackasses.  to some people, your mother dying and your kid sister facing orphandom completely on her own is a big deal.  to others, playing basketball on cbs is a big deal.  we just don't have the right to judge robinson's priorities.

Hard to say what he's going through, but we do know he decided to play a GAME after his mother's death instead of spend time with his family. Not to mention the deaths of his grandmother and grandfather. Seems like the perfect time to get away. Self most likely had the say in that so we do feel for him. Reminds us of three years ago when Clent Stewart's mother died. The following day KSU played Nebraska. Was Clent there? No, he was grieving with his family. Thanks Clent and Frank. Class acts.

i wasn't making fun of him either.  i was just expressing surprise that comforting his nine year old sis after their mom died was less important to him than playing basketball on nat'l tv.

This is really hard to understand, but as someone who lost a parent early like that, you don't really have your head on straight more in shock than anything, trob really needs an adult at a time like this to remind him what is more important, his sister in this case.
