Reminds me of when Dr. Spaceman and I stopped in Delphos, KS. to see the monument they erected to Grace Bidell, the little girl who wrote Lincoln a letter suggesting that he grow a beard. The town touts her as their most significant resident. "Hey look! We have the girl who inspired Lincoln to grow his beard! She lived RIGHT HERE in Delphos!
