That's the thing, the cheese type doesn't matter. I have another kid who will only accept American cheese slices on her grilled cheese and cheddar on quesadillas.

Soup-adjacent. Best part of French onion soup is next day French dips. I had 2, a large one and a small one, because you only get homemade French dips 1 maybe 2 times a year so you have to go all in.
