It's giving me very bad 'urps. Broccoli always gives me issues in that area. I love the taste of it though. Any science wizards out there who can tell me how to eat all the broccoli I want without the 'urps? More kefir?

dumbass. it's the high fiber content of the broccoli that takes the stomach longer to digest. i don't think there is much you can do but i will consult with physician later this afternoon on subject. answer tbd.

French onion soup time. Jazzed it up with some clamshell mushrooms because they are delicious and nutritious. Just dropped the bouquet and broth and it is simmer-time! Dinner is gonna be lit yo!

Also picked up some rustic sourdough and roast beef so I can make some french dips tomorrow. I love soup season!

We had a Fall season staple yesterday; Tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwich. But get this twist: I used pepper jack cheese on the sandwich.

Yeah kids are absolute fools when it comes to food. Another example using quesadillas, my daughter doesn't eat the edge of her quesadillas because she doesn't like the 'crust'.
