Author Topic: Flu/Severe head cold remedies? (Read 11932 times)

Seriously, do the Gatorade and popsicles thing. Both of you.

Been using it since I was a little kid. I wanted to change a few ingredients and then call it GatorAID and PopSICKles, but my mom told me it was a horrible idea and nothing ever came of it. Yet ... 10 years later it remains the go-to flu remedy for everyone in my family.

Those are the exact kind of popsicles I am talking about. Try to eat one every hour if you can. The other thing I do that is admittedly weird is I pace around the house for extended periods of time. I can't stand taking a nap and feeling worse when I wake up. So, I just chug Gatorade (Lemon Lime 32 oz bottles), eat popsicles and pace around the house until I get dizzy.
