He's back for a year. What was a disastrous rotation about 4 days ago, suddenly seems pleasingly below average. This team may not be as bad as I originally thought. Plus, getting Chen for 1 year at $2MM is a bargain. He threw really well last season.
Rotation
1. Hochevar - meh (better break out)
2. Francis - meh
3. Chen - meh
4. Davies - hate
5. Mazzaro/O'Sullivan/Miner - all good as #5's
5 guys whose ERA's will float between 4 and 5.5, can throw a lot of innings, and will pitch into the 6 inning most of the time. Not bad for a stop gap season.

I see no way Chen has as good of a season as he did last year. If he does, i'll be ecstatic.
