FWIW, they've got Freeman ranked as the 12th best SF, Ojeleye at 15. I asked the Scout guys if Ojeleye received any consideration for their Top 50 and here is Brian Snow's response:

"Received a lot of it. One of the kids to miss the cut, but to still be ranked. I like that his perimeter game is coming around and that he is becoming more of a wing as opposed to a PF. Just want to see the complete transformation. He is someone who has had a good spring, definitely a good prospect who missed the cut by a little bit."

When I lived in broward county FL...

this probably solves the mystery re. why freeman plays for ntf and why kstate is recruiting him.  i'd still like to know how long ago he moved.

Tomorrow we will release expanded rankings for the class of 2013. We just may go to 100 after lots of work on them.

I guess the simple Q&A threads weren't good enough, live chat could be interesting, watch out for those wildcards!

44. Freeman
63. Ojeleye
65. Frankamp (No, we're not recruiting him and we probably wouldn't much of a shot at him if we were)

62. Juwan Parker
Have not seen KSU mentioned in connection with him but he goes to HS at Booker T. Washington in Tulsa, same HS as current KSU footballer Keenan Taylor went to along w/Class of '11 Fball signees Tyler Lockett and Andre Barnett. Parker played on St of OK BBall state title team last season with Lockett and Barnett. Of course, he's a 6'4" 180 wing, which are similar dimensions to Freeman and Ojeleye, who appear to be our top targets for this class at this time.

Did he have a brain fart on this day or what(just like every other day he's given a school list)?

"Conner Frankamp listed interest from Oklahoma, Nebraska, Colorado, Boston College, Oklahoma State, and UCLA."

Ha no. I couldn't get in to that game because of work. I should add that it seems to me that Frankamp is Spradling Jr. And he really benefits from playing against scrub players from Bishop Carroll etc....

We were initially and I know we're still listed on his Rivals profile but I bet it's been a good 6 months since I've seen him actually list KSU in 1 of his updates.

FWIW, here's the latest update I could find on Price-Martin, from 1/11:

"When it comes to his recruitment, there is no shortage of schools showing a significant interest. To date he has offers from South Carolina, Miami, and Ohio State, but other schools are also involved.

“Recruiting has been good,” Price-Martin said. “I have been talking to a lot of schools. The main ones are Ohio State, Syracuse, South Carolina, Miami, and Louisville.”

Have to think that Semi will be ours unless:

-Frank does something to Victor that pisses off his parents
-Somebody like coach K comes calling, I think it would be hard for semi and his parents to turn down the basketball plus academic programs that duke could offer
I'm purple down

2013 Olympic (NC) guard Allerik Freeman talked with Texas, Villanova, North Carolina, Florida, Miami (FL) & NC State this week.

feel like i've seen this movie a depressing number of times.  what is the point of getting in on talent early if you aren't going to compete through the middle stages?

Frank has moved on from just crushing juco player's souls to the fans of his school who follow recruiting?

*And Allerik too, but I really don't know how much longer we'll be in that hunt, if we're even still in it
