People who get pissed about shitty calls are stupid. After that flag was thrown there was a 0% chance on anything changing. Did Syracuse do make gestures in the same game? Yup. Do the military teams salute after every TD they make? Many times - yes. Did I see a QB make the throat-cut sign in another bowl game in the same night? Yes. Making 1st down arm gestures, pointing up to the sky, stomping off after a sack - it all happens and we all know it. Why was such an innocuous gesture called? Who knows. Havs, you saw our mumped up defense allowing every play go right by them all night... THATS why we lost, long run and long pass both basically untouched for TDs. To me the crap call was more just a
moment then anything else. Personally, I'm saving my nuclear meltdowns for bigger games.
