We have three sets of hot hands, the only problem is two didn't play and the other works @ Dillards.

Meh. Samuels, Russell, and even Spaulding had their moments. But then they sat before those moments could extend to anything significant.

I'm currently of the impression Frank needs to learn to "grin and bear it" for the time being when a guy heats up offensively but has a breakdown or two defensively in the same span.

IIRC he cools it a bit with this the later the season progresses.  He just doesn't seem to trust or be comfortable with this group at all right now.

yeah. i honestly don't think frank really cares who makes shots and what percentage of shots and all that stuff for the first half of the year. it's almost like he lets people prove that they can or can't shoot and then goes from there. this could be way, way wrong... but it seems like dom and others almost had the green light to shoot and shoot from three and then those shots disappeared down the stretch after they proved they could not make them. people that proved they could make them continued to be allowed to shoot, those that proved they couldn't stopped taking them. again, i'm probs pretty wrong here

Yeah, I'm of that belief too. I posted about how Frank's substitution patterns iron out during conference play. But in a game like last night, we really could have used a win imo.

I was trying to remember the lineup that was out there when we made most of our comeback in the first half...seems like it was JHR, Russell, Wally, Samuels (?), Irving or Sprads?
