<...gulp...>

The best part of this is how the nub fans used the comments to say two first round picks sucked and that Ganz was better. Comments are 3 years old, but still.

Not the greatest play ever by any means but still very  :emawkid:

Best play:  Bishop to Gavin Peries.

Sad play:  Blocked field goal against UT and deep pass against CU in 02.

Best Play: "The Catch" by Lockett from May against CU. I don't remember the situation (maybe someone could refresh my memory), but it always felt like the K@z never looked back after that play. I know I didn't.

Worst Play: Some dumb ass play vs CU in '04 (I think) in Boulder where we went in to a prevent defense with 20 or 30 seconds and CU hit some white dude for a 60 or 70 yard touchdown on the last play of the game. Stupid.

It couldn't have been CU in '94 because K-State lost that game by a couple of TD's.

We have had a lot of horrible plays against CU. Morreira's muffed punt at the end of the game to set up the game winning field goal in 2005, Ron Prince's taking knees to end the first half, thinking Hawk was just going to let him not punt, then instead of just punting the ball out of bounds, making Josh Freeman try to run 7 seconds off the clock before throwing the ball away, etc.

Okay, memeory is fine, self-confidence sucks.

Best play: Kavanagh to Andre Anderson (I think) hail mary TD versus BYU in the Cotton Bowl to end the 1st half.

Great play:
Walker's interception for TD and instant replay interception for TD against Seneca Wallace.

Bad plays:
Roberson's fumble against Texas after the big gain to near the goal line that would have iced the game.
CU's long pass play in 02 near the end of the first half to the only receiver they had out who for some reason wasn't covered by Newman.

Had totally forgotten about that one.  Then, the long screen pass to Sproles in the final minute, so damn close to getting in.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

I thought the final play of that game was a dropped Antoine polite pass in the endzone.   Am I remembering that wrong?

I daydream about Sproles making that last touchdown as often as I daydream about winning the unmentionable game.

Don't remember.  All I know is we got to like the one and then couldn't punch it in.

The 87 yard pass on the last play of the game in '04 comes to mind.
