I have to second the Coco Bolos nomination. The smell that embeds itself into your clothing while eating there is worth another sniff before laundering.

Also, how does anyone feel about the Pizza Shuttle "cream cheese debate?" Mrs. ArchE_Cat liked it. I tried it on a few occasion, but I was never wowed by it enough to order it myself.

Wonder if Pizza Shuttle will change thier as to reflect the incredible chef giving them props??  Although it does seem like their hot girl cops are working out ok.

Just tried the new sauces this weekend.  The verde is good and so is the fire roasted or whatever it is.  Much better than their other sauces.

ya i can't believe they've waited so long to start manipulating their sauces.  they finished making every type of creation that they possibly can with taco meat years ago, their new sauce line is genius.

They had some sort of cantina tacos a few months ago.  Soft corn tortillas, carnitas/steak/chicken, pico, and a lime wedge.  They were rough ridin' delicious; very similar to the way the hispanic side of my family makes tacos.  I didn't see them on the menu the last time I was there and it pissed me right the eff off.

the cantinas were ok.  the chicken and steak were the same meat they use for their other chicken and steak crap, the only one different were the carnitas

Silver Lake Chinese Restaurant.  Only open Friday/Saturday evening. Truly "elite" Chinese food.

I actually only had the carnitas.  There's a new entry to the late night Wichita mexican fast food market-  Aberlardos.  (Sp?). Guess they're based out of Omaha.  Anyway, their carnitas burrito is rough ridin' fantastic, fresh and reheated.  Really hits the spot @ 2AM.  (And again @ noon.  The burritos are no joke.)
