Great new show on History Channel.

Imagine these guys

Catching gators, reeling them up next to their boat by hand, then shooting them in the head with a .22

Amazing television

they talk funny and make me question if all people would act like they do if we all lived in swamps.  hard to believe we share the same genetic coding.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

I love the show.  I like the old black guy and his 2 "citified" sons.  Can barely understand a word they say.

Pretty much lived it for the last three years.  Swamp people are weird and hilarious.  Took a swamp boat tour and WTFed the whole time at what the guy was saying to us.

Saw an epi last night, and it showed a gator surfacing.  Weird thing was it came up nose first then leveled out, instead of just coming up level.  (it did this after being shot once, so maybe this is normal for a wounded alligator looking to even the score.  idk)  Seemed fake/staged.  But other than that, I love the show.

Where they pulling on the line?  Seems like it would come up differently then.

No, it was the one where the black guy and his sons tried to shoot one from a distance.  No line involved.  When it resurfaced after being wounded, it looked fake.

Gotcha.  Prob just because it was dying.  They said something in that episode about air escaping the gators lungs before it sinks.  Not sure why they would fake stuff on that show.

I agree, why would they fake something on that show?  :jerk:
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever
