Anyone else catch the episode of Next Iron Chef last night?  They were all using BGEs during the "deserted island" challenge.  My God, the things an Iron Chef could do with one of those bad boys...

There's one from KC, Celina Tio, her restaurant is great.  If you go, she's always there cooking, etc.

Yeah, I noticed her.  Anyone else surprised Ming Tsai is on there?  Seems like they would have just made him and IC and saved everyone the time and effort.  "East Meets West" was one of my favorite shows.
