Loving the banner ranking pic.

I didnt know fatty personally like some of you but with texas a&m totally redeeming themselves for 98 and putting us in the ship there is no doubt that fatty is putting in work up there. I think it would be awesome to line up the trophies from this season (Big XII, Heisman, Maxwell, Coaches trophy, etc.) underneath fatty in the banner.

Everytime I went to Hale to study in the basement I'd find fatty doing K-State research and we'd end up talking football for an hour, he was one of a kind

Dear Fatty,

Never met you in person, which I now consider to be a tragedy itself. Like many I only had the pleasure of knowing you through message boards through the years.

Our team was SO close once before that even though I say "I'm all in", I can't help but feel those demons creeping back. So I come to this thread for a little comfort. It's only Monday and I can barely breathe waiting for the kickoff Saturday.

I need you to take the wheel, dude.

You are setting this up for USC to put us in the big game you sneaky guy!

Can you imagine if Stanford beats Oregon on a "taco" belly dive? I would quit being sarcastic for a week.

Dear Fatty,

You seem to have thought of everything so far. I am grateful for all you have done and sorry that I did not know you personally.

I have one request. I am guessing you have thought of this as well, but I just want to make sure. There are a great number of older emaw's who suffered through some atrociously horrid KSU football years. What I would love is that if you could spare their lives for another 60 days or so. I just think they deserve to witness this here on earth. I am thinking about people like the 85 year old man I met at the airport several weeks ago who was in a wheel chair. He saw my KSU cap and shirt and said, "Go State!" just loud enough that it made me stop and turn around and ask him to repeat what I thought he said. He smiled so big and proudly told me that he was a graduate of KSU and how much he loved this football season. I just think that man and many others like him deserve this.

Thank you for everything and make sure to stock that giant fridge in the sky with lots of Dr. Pepper! I am imagining the band wagon fans where you are are coming out of the woodwork like they are down here and they will all want to celebrate with you.

Go Cats!

Love it.

Any coincidence that right after fatty has a&m atone, Standford plays Oregon?

:driving:  <-- can we get this emoticon fixed already?

This whole season has been one big EMAW masterpiece (emawsterpiece?). I've seen enough to call it, "intelligent design." At this point it's no longer a, "coincidence." With that said, I'm hoping some of you who knew fatty best can provide some insight into how this plays out.

I got the impression that fatty was acutely aware of what it was to be a fan of EMAW...more so than any of us. I have a feeling he's set his sights on the anti-EMAW. A team steeped in tradition and history with every advantage known to college football...Notre Dame. Somebody is sure working overtime to keep them in it anyway. Maybe he made a bet with God, and God's a sore loser. I don't know, but I have a feeling this is the matchup he wants.

Oregon will fall. How, I'm not sure. Will he say FU to Stanford one last time? Will he throw Beems a bone and let Oregon State be the ones to slay the giant? I don't know, he certainly hasn't cut KU any slack this season. From what little I know of fatty, I just don't see him letting these cheaters come before us.

We shall see. And when we do, fatty's dream shall be revealed.

I hadn't thought of that, but I still think Stanford would be that beautiful brushstroke that no one could question.  I mean a&m and Stanford pave our way.  Come on.
