at what has gone on for decades inside North Carolina Basketball.

They've decided to investigate North Carolina Football.

Always understand.   NCAA Basketball pays the NCAA's bills, Football DOES NOT pay the NCAA's bills.

Often ncaa investigations expand beyond the scope of just one sport and eventually include the athletic dept as a whole.
