wildcat league?
« on: June 10, 2010, 08:26:43 AM »
guys,

any chance that kstate, arizona, northwestern, villanova, kentucky and all the other wildcat schools get together and create a "wildcat conference"? i haven't heard people talking about this, but it seems like it would make a lot of sense.  :dunno:

The TV footprint of such a conference would be amazing.

Sounds pretty Wildcatty.

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008

rick daris, I just did this.  I kind of messed up and sent it to him from the newly created [email protected] email but this could work in our favor.  He may think he forwarded it to himself so he wouldn't forget and it will be at the top of his e-mail list to get to.

I don't like this plan.  Here's why:

Announcer Guy 1:  So, who do you think is going to win this game today?
Announcer Guy 2:  Well, I'm 100% sure it's going to be the Wildcats.
Announcer Guys 1 and 2:  (Dumb Laughter)

I'd be for it just to see any kind of Johnson & Wales Wildcats vs. Johnson & Wales Wildcats match-up.

I did that once with "Tigers" (I think it was LSU and Auburn) on a radio show and I immediately went  right after

K-State going to the SEC (not going to happen) would be great for one reason:

2 Bulldogs
2 Tigers
2 Wildcats
