website i need help locating

so guys, last year i would always look at a website that would project rpi...wait....could the site be called rpi projection??

it would predict rpi's for various scenarios. i think the background was blue as well. so like, if we go 9-7...it's projects our rpi at "X" and if we go 10-6...."Y" etc..

does anyone know this website? thanks.
