Does Bill Deserve 200 Wins?

I want to be clear though, he shouldn't be getting 200 at thd expense of the program. Not that I think this is the case, some of you think it is though, but if he finishes this season at 199 and thinks he lost his fastball, he doesn't deserve to stay another year just for 200.

I think its ok if he lost something off of his fastball but damnett he better be using some crisco, bardol, vagisil or rub some jalapeno up his nose to give him a little extra on his curve then

He stayed here when he could have left for much greener pastures two decades ago. Of course he deserves 200 wins, he deserves more. You are a bunch of ungrateful heathens.

No one deserves anything. He's put himself in the position to make it possible. I'm grateful he's let us along for the ride.

I guess I will always see the school and program as bigger than Bill.  I guess most KSU fans would rather bury the program with Bill than face the reality that another coach can win here as well.  If bill isn't some unique gem of a football coach then their whole worldview collapses.

Deserve is a weird way to put it but how on earth could you not root for us to end the season with him at more than 200 wins? Burn it down in football is a terrible idea.

I think the op is assuming Snyder won't make it this year, and if he doesn't, he shouldn't be allowed to come back just to get that somewhat arbitrary and meaningless milestone. Not entirely unreasonable when phrased that way, even if you disagree.

So I guess the Q is does Bill deserve another year to get to 200? If that's the Q my answer is he shouldn't be forced out based on this season. If he wants to coach next year, I have no issue with that, even with all the frustrations during the WVU and OSU games.
