this is some epically discouraging crap to read. especially taken in totality. my insider tidbits former team member guy says part of the discouragement is not just guys destroying their bodies for little reward, but that snyder doesn't ever come out of his office. like, and this is a direct quote, "snyder doesn't even know half the team, like their names, or anything about them."
Tell your friend and those complaining to be better at football if they want Snyder to give a crap about them.
hahahaha, that is a really unreasonable and stupid response that i admire for its sheer audacity. kind of a chicken/egg deal too isn't it? like shouldn't snyder just recruit better players then?
You missed the point
fwiw, I'd had former players always mention that Snyder went to great lengths to know each and every player. Granted this was a mix of Synder 1.0 players and first couple of 2.0 year's players, so it might just be a signal of age related mental decline :-(
