You can't o a write-in vote in cali?
Apparently I haven't been following lib close enough because I thought he lived in KS.

I guess it's to keep crazy stuff from happening like Lebron James winning Ohio or something.
Kansas has more restrictive requirements for third party candidates to get on the ballot than most other states. Stein missed the cutoff last presidential election cycle.
