I have been hearing about this kid who got off on probation for drunk driving in which he hit a car.  He killed 1 person and injured 3.  His attorney argued he was too rich and spoiled to know better.  So he is on probation now and shoots a video for release showing him at a drunken drink fest with friends.  Violation.  He is now in hiding with mommie.  He was arrested once before his vehicular murder for drunk driving and given a work detail and ordered to attend AA.  His mommie told him he did not have to go to these.  What should be done?   Is this okay?  Would Obama commute his assistance?

Judge gave the kid 10 years probation, no jail time.  A few weeks ago, a video went viral of said kid playing beer pong at a party. Violation of his probation.  Now the kid and his mom have disappeared.  It's suspected they left the country.

To further make the point, lots of "groups" could claim the inability to understand the consequences of one's actions because of financial situation.  But the only ones who really get excused are the wealthy.  And I have no envy of anyone else's financial situation.  I just don't like entitlement at any level of wealth or lack thereof.
