somewhere around 3 people have actually been banned from this board. if he has really been banned let me know. if not then nobody cares. also maybe he could just create an account called "notpondwaterjack"? that worked for me a bit on tcu and isu boards. the difference is that if he makes a new account, his odds of being banned would be around .5%.
