why would your house flood if the faucet was leaking water outside the house?
Believe me, it can happen.  I'm in the process of a >$20,000. insurance claim due to this happening.  Also, great advice 7.  :cheers:

I haven't done any engineering on it, but I have a feeling those insulated covers are bullshit
