It was not at all what I expected (hoped). I was thinking it would be some sort of open-ended question where I could write all of my many opinions.
Instead, it was a survey with mostly canned responses:very dissatisfied, dissatisfied, satisfied, very satisfied. And the questions asked about things like parking, traffic, concessions, video board offerings, etc.
There were a couple of opportunities to write free-form responses. I wrote about several topics: the video board and sound system (incredible), the PA announcer (fingernails-on-chalkboard awful), and the trajectory of the program (WTF oscar).
My overall opinion was that if the team is good, people will go to the games. If the team is bad, people will stay home. The rest of the stuff (concession stand choices, music selection, ease of access to parking lot) is mostly irrelevant. Put a good product on the floor (*cough* need a good coach to do that *cough*) and I'm happy. Put a losing team on the floor and I'll do something else.
