Our chances of winning the Big 12 tourney are about 10x better than the Royals chances of making the playoffs were last July.

KSU's chances of winning the B12 tournament = 0.84%

http://www.teamrankings.com/ncb/conference-tournaments/big-12-bracket/

Royals' chances of making the playoffs, as of July 2014 (you didn't specify which part of July so I chose the lowest point, which was July 21) = 7%

http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/standings/probability.jsp?ymd=20140928

So, KSU's chances of winning the Big 12 Tournament are about 10x worse than the Royals' chances to make the playoffs.

That is assuming we lose to Texas.

I wouldn't pick the Cats in any game except against Tech/TCU

That's funny, because at this point those are precisely the two games I would be the least confident about (plus maybe WVU).

Just to be clear, you like our chances to beat Kansas in the Sprint Center more than Texas Tech

Looks like TSC bros will be playing without Cliff Alexander, but don't know how much that will actually hurt them given his recent play.

Also don't know how soon Ellis will return from that sprained knee (his absence will definitely hurt them, he's been red hot).

Man you're a terrible Cat fan. Don't you know we're going to win at Texas and have Wednesday off?
