Someone convinced me that Jamie Pollard isn't Kellis' source. Neither coach expressed a need to talk about it. Then there was an anonymous report to the K-State beat writer, then less than 24 hours after that he goes public to not his beat writer but to a national writer who just happened to be a panelist on a national broadcast, right before their game on that network. Then he tweets the clip out and has his head coach open his post game press conference against the #7 team in the country with a prepared statement. No one would be talking about this if he didn't feel the need to talk about it today.
