If Pullen's gonna go, he should go now.  Never again will he average 22.8 ppg in the NCAA tournament and play alongside a guy like Clemente.

You know nothing about basketball.  Go away.

if he goes then good for him and if he stays then good for him. he's not some kind of martyr if he chooses to come back though. gmafb.

He will be sacraficing personal gain, call it what ever you want.

I have read nothing that indicates that Europe is even in Jake's thought process.  Leads me to believe that he will likely base his decision strickly on his NBA draft prospects.  I don't believe there is any way for college players to feel out their European opportunities w/out hiring an agent.  Don't kid yourself though, the time is not far off when we will see players leaving early knowing their chances in the draft/NBA are slim/none.  The money is getting too good over there.

no. he will be sacraficing (maybe) monetary gain. you know nothing about his personal life and can't within reason even begin to guess what would be good for him on a personal level.

That is true.  I generally feel more money is better then less money, but I am substituting my own priorities for Jake's.  As far as his basketball career, it's very likely a sacrafice.
