We will probably lose our streak the year Sams gets drafted.

Why are you deluding yourself? Sams is not going to be drafted and wouldn't have even if he stayed here as starting QB.

His goEMAW Kansas State comparables, Michael Bishop (barely drafted at 227th Overall) and Ell Roberson (Undrafted), are all-time greats and did not even have a shot.

Mobile QBs are more prevalent in the NFL now.  Certainly not saying Sams would get drafted but if Ell or Bishop were coming out now I think their draft stock would be better.

I thought Bishop was good enough to be a career NFL QB when he was backing up (Bledsoe?). I don't think he got a fair chance.

I seem to remember hearing that he was kicking ass at the playbook, but they had too much money invested in Bledsoe to give Bishop a chance.
