Posting pics and gifs question

Yeah, I'm technology handicappped so now that that is out of the way, I have some saved pictures and gifs on my C drive that I think are pretty cool.  Is there a way I can post these pictures and gifs?

upload them to a photosharing website.  one of the ones listed above will work.  then copy and paste the link to the photo [img]HERE[/img ] with no space between the brackets.

On the right side of that image in photobucket there are 4 links that you can copy and past. You want to copy the one that has at the end. Don't have to add anything to it.
