OSU is the better team at the moment, but relative to our respective ceilings, we have much more room to grow. Granting that I am subjective and unbiased, I'd put our chances at securing at least a share of the title at a solid 6.

Iowa State is vastly exceeding my expectations. They just don't have that one shooting guard who can go out and get a huge basket in a big spot right now. It could be Thomas, and could be Long, next year, but there isn't a Scottie C or Tyrus yet on this team and that is why I don't see them contending for the conference crown.

I watched your game against snowcoat (Iowa) and then watched ku play the Australian u19 team(new Mexico). I had no idea gorgeous giang and Perry Ellis were twins (weird 1930s gangsta names). The two of them are very vlade divacesque and probably have a combined verticle jump of 36 centimeters.  Question: how old are those guys really?

We don't need it as much when our guys all score, but I would say Naz is that guy right now. He shot 60% from the 3 on Friday.

Iowa State is pretty much exactly as good as I thought they would be. Hoiberg was a great hire.
