Motion Offense (real talk for FSD)
« on: November 22, 2013, 10:12:10 AM »
having trouble with these talking points about the difficulty of installing the motion offense

1: #55 is good at it  :opcat:

2: everyone else sucks at it

if BW is the Magus of Motion...why is it so hard to coach em up?

also, do any former ballers remember learning motion offense being particularly difficult??? i dont recall this being the case

Going to go out on a limb and say that high level college basketball motion offense is significantly more complicated and requires far more in terms of reading a defense than some Kansas high school version.
:adios:

We ran motion offense in high school and had 2-3 adjustable play calls with in the system. It was not difficult. Really the key word is motion nobody on the floor should be standing still.  But they seem to forget that at times.
