Talked to the ticket guy, I think his name was Nate, and he informed said that he's under the impression that a student ID will be required to be admitted into the stadium with one of these tickets. He said that they will do their best to avoid people buying these and then selling them off for cash. So just a heads up to any of you trying to do this...

Ok.. I'll sell my student ID for $30 so I can go buy a new one... still cheaper than someone getting real tickets..

But I don't know how they are going to look for student IDs at INDY, its an all session pass, they just look at it, go ok... and your in. You really think they aren't going to let you in with a pass and you drove all the way from Kansas, that would be a dick move...

And profiting off of a VERY generous deal the athletic department is offering to students to thank them for their support and preventing other students (that deserve the cheap tickets just as much as you do, if not more) from being able to take advantage of this deal wouldn't be a dick move? Interesting position.

like some dude making $6/hr in indianapolis gives two shits who comes into his dome as long as the person has a ticket?  highly doubt it.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

America was made on capitalism... College students are poor. Tickets are in high demand, tickets have low supply. I didn't go to KSU not to learn simple economics....

There are also thousands of ICAT members... getting a ticket will be insane if we make it... 700/1000's = slim chance. I'd also love real alumni from this board to go, rather than some bandwagon student who only bought tickets for the football games in the first place and only want to root on KSU now because we are a top team in the nation...

This.  They will tell you that, but there is now way in hell the NCAA will regulate this.

Maybe you should have cheered harder for the cats when you were a student and they might have gone to the FF. If I am certain about one thing, 45% of this tourney run can be be credited to the students.

I was a student for 3 years and had my season tickets to football and basketbal and who was a very poor college kid so I know what the position they are in.  If I could not go though, I would have gladly filled a seat with a K-State fan in it than the opposition.  So, as I stated before we would buy as many tickets as are available if anyone has them.
