fanning...serious question here...prior to your car breaking down with oil in the gas or whatevs... did you park in the Union parking garage?  My wife parked her trailblazer there Saturday and when she left it started running like crap, idling rough, wanting to die when coming to a stop... thinking some one put something in the gas tank when it was parked there.  It had about a quarter tank when it happened so I filled it up and added some Heet and it was better.  Traded it off on Monday.

Pro-tip: You should probably sell that VW. I didn't want to tell you this when you bought it, but the maintenance on VWs is outrageous. The only car with more expansive parts and maintenance is a BMW. (I know this because I have an outrageously expensive crappy VW bug that I am going to sell and replace with something more reliable.)
And I know you're , but maybe if you had more reliable wheels, you could afford to sleep somewhere in Manhattan other than on Winters' floor using your bag as a pillow.

Fanning reminds me of a young Willesgirl. Circa five years ago, I was that guy (only I did not have testicles or sleep around or post my phone number/address/life story on the internets).
