February Cats

guys this season could go different ways. this is what being a fan is all about. we're not used to being unsuccessfull. what needs to happen for us to right the ship? does the ship even need righted?

-why does our offense look weird and stagnant? have D's figured us out? our we simply not hitting jumpers?
-Foster appears to have the body of my Dad in the driveway.
-Can Will continue to be aggressive and hit his shots?
-Can big Gip continue to be effective downlow?
-Will Jevon dribble more with his right hand?
-Is Westicles the best player that noone is talking about?

IMHOs

-why does our offense look weird and stagnant? have D's figured us out? our we simply not hitting jumpers?

3 freshman play a lot and we are very up and down hitting jump shots. I don't think we've been "figured out" as much as it is our guys executing and hitting shots.

-Foster appears to have the body of my Dad in the driveway.

I haven't seen your dad, but he's (Foster) got good game. He just has to figure out some of the little things.

-Can Will continue to be aggressive and hit his shots?

Yes.

-Can big Gip continue to be effective downlow?

Yes, as long as he stays out of foul trouble. He's only had 2 really poor offensive games so far in Big 12 play; OU and ISU, but he still boarded pretty good in those games. I think we've done a good job making it a point to get him touches in the paint.

-Will Jevon dribble more with his right hand?

??? He's fine, just going through growing pains against Iowa State and Texas instead of bad OOC teams.

-Is Westicles the best player that noone is talking about?

I really like what he brings and he's steady. He got caught up a bit after he missed his dunk and had a few defensive breakdowns, but he boards, scores, drives, gets fouls. Nice player.

Also, its Webruary Cats.

zeal today. ive got it.

-not knocking javon dribbling with his left hand at all. i love the fact he uses this as his primary dribble hand. just find it very unconventional, yet very refreshing.
-Foster appears to be very oldman like when he's not in action. Omari is the same way. it appears as if he's constantly hurt or sore. no doubt dude's got game and once he gets a better handle on the ball, he'll be even better.

super excited for Webruary and to watch it unfold. the entire conference race too.
