It was 45-41 Ku and then ....
« on: January 22, 2013, 09:31:21 PM »
KU got an offensive rebound, and then a 2nd off rebound on same possession... resulting in McLemore 2 pt tip in
Then Tay had a TO
Then Rod gets a board and turns it over when KU tips the ball away from behind
Then JO grabs a rebound and fumbles it out of bounds
Then we let KU get another off rebound.... and McLemore ends up hitting a 3pt

Add in the fact that Rod went cold and missed 2 3pt shot and another jumper..... and it was a very costly 4 minute stretch

Don't forget oscar calling a timeout with under 4 to play and getting a rough ridin' turnover out of it.

Acutally after our last TO, Angel missed a shot and JO got board (the one where they thought it was a shot clock violation)

But then there was the under 4 TO and we turned the ball over on that possession.

Then Withey hit the hook and all of us fans kinda knew that was checkmate

Angel's D is one of the big reasons we were even in the game.
Luke's stock is rising as Winters continues to validate his greatness. Add Luke and Winters to my list! Also, EMAWBLAST! and Tobias!

KU took the lead to 39-30 and we got it down to 45-41.

Ellis hit a FT with 11:27 to make it 46-41..... and KU did not really play that well the rest of the way

That's the bummer of it.   KU gets 10 pts in the next 11 minutes and we can't play well enough to get within striking distance (didnt get the game to a 1 possesion game until 40 secs left)

Pretty much spot on. The only problem is that KSU didn't capitalize. Having an extra timeout with less than 3 minutes to go may have helped. WTF oscar?!?!?!
oscar Weber has the personality of a dead moth.

Will Spradling is an awful human being.

I heard Kat Kid was an absolute madman at the game. Just hurling venom-filled darts at anything and everything red and blue.
