They don't sell wine at my Target.


BUT, I'd go with a Columbia Crest Merlot.

Don't get it from Target.  Go to a liquor store or grocery store with a decent selection.  Look for something marked down and that has a tag that says it won some award if possible.

Yep, Target's wine pricing is not the best; actually the worst of all big box type retailers.   You will get better wine for your $10 at World Market, Hy Vee or Price Chopper.

i bought like a case of coppola claret at target a few months back, marked down to 6.99 per.   they'd prolly left it out in the sun or something, but it tasted ok.

normally though, they don't have good value for the money.

yeah, i was like, wtf?  so i bought a bottle and tasted it, and it was ok, so i went back and bought all they had sitting out.
