Outside of the soul selling options of Urb and Art, the Stoops, Campbell, Rhule trio are really solid wants. I think it’s going to be harder to convince Campbell and Stoops to leave their current positions to extinguish that dumpster fire than a lot of people believe. Money isn’t everything, especially when you’ve already built generational wealth.
Rhule is prob the easiest pull.
MIR is right in saying they should lean fully into being a developmental program w a developmental coach.
Their talent hasn’t eroded that far. They still get top 25 recruiting classes regularly. It’s the culture that is the problem, from the blue hairs and 90s fans, players, all the way up to Trev and Tom.
They’ll have to sit down, shut up, and give full control of the program to whatever coach they get. They haven’t been able to do that for any Coach since Osborne.
