I was in an airport waiting to catch a flight that ended up being cancelled during that game.. I had just forked out some cash to use airport WiFi.  It was the last thing I ever did on that laptop.  I got drunk and spilled a Rolling Rock all over it.  So there I was, drunk off my ass, trying to find the next best way home, having just watched K-State lost to La Lafayette, with a busted, soggy laptop.  F that game.

Time like that make this season so

I flew to the UCLA game the next week. I get on a little puddle jumper out of the local airport and the first thing I see after I set down is a dude in a red LL jacket. I looked at him and he smiled when he saw me in my purple. I  as he walked on by to his seat.
