Big 12 Chain of Command

CEO- KSU (boss)
VP- OU (reports to boss)
Reps- OSU, TT, TX, TCU, ISU, Bay, WV (have seen but never spoke to boss)
Customer care- ku (only heard stories of boss)

Note** customer care reps that were laid off based on performance (Nubs,A&M,MIZZ, CO)
