IIRC, Tressel has a show-cause on him for a few more years which basically makes him un-hirable.  It means any school that does hire him would have to explain to the NCAA why they shouldn't be punished with the penalties his old school was slapped with and hope the NCAA agrees to not punish his new employer, so he isn't an option.
