Not mine, in fact a terrible rip off of my design.

Funny story, a friend and I were talking to this guy at church today. Found out he worked in the AD's office at K-State. We got to talking about the game and how bad it was and he mentioned he thinks Pullen may have too much pressure on him b/c of all the stuff that's been going on. I mentioned that I may be my fault and the guy asks me why. I told him I started the shirts, then he mentions he works in compliance and he's had to send out at least 6-7 "cease and desist" letters b/c of that. I apologized, and he told me I did the right thing and am good, but now people keep stealing the idea and making more shirts. These must be some of them.

Yeah, noticed they were selling some DOOM shirts at threads in Aggieville too.

Threads retains the rights to anything they make, I think. I didn't look at any of it but Pete indicated he'd found the solution earlier.

The bottom right design on the cafepress link _FAN posted is clearly Baron Davis and from a GSW site. Not sure how it got mixed up with the fake Pullens.

Hell, even KSU was selling a Fear the Beard shirt on the concourse at the texas game. It was black and had FEAR stacked on THE stacked on BEARD with a beard going around that block as if the words were a face.

Interesting that K-State was selling them, though they have the rights to Pullen so its not a problem for them. I can't say I'm surprised.

I would really like to find a better vendor than cafepress. I would think maybe GTM would be a good place to start.

Threads had some of those DOOM shirts last year if I remember right. I'm going to file my trademark application this week with the state on that, though enforcement agaisnt places like Threads will be the tough part.

Absolutely. If you could work out something like the cafepress site that they get the orders direct from and process the orders it would be perfect. The bad thing is they specialize in bulk orders and not the single orders that you are prolly getting.

Not if you talk to BSAC. He is partners with Mr. Katpak Cover, Esq.

They are a pretty high profile lawfirm. Only the best of the best get in over there.

Never mind on the Baron Davis part. Just saw what _FAN linked was a search for any beard shirts, not one solo store.

What's weird about the one KSU was selling was that it looked like crap. Them being the ones who could conceivably do something with Pullen's likeness (although that seems awfully shady compared to selling no-name #0jerseys and the like) had a horrible design.

When the original FTB shirts were up on gpc, some guy there that works at GTM posted that they were working on setting up something similar to cafepress.

Trim, the Baron Davis ones have been up there since I started mine. They have a website as well. I'm pretty sure the guys that are selling them have the trademark on "Fear the Beard".

I like the M.A.F.I.A. thing too. I don't think Fan thought of that though.
