Also, I just heard an interview on the radio yesterday that said that some famous cemetary(not arlington) in DC is doing this too and that they work great.

Vandalism might just be your best course of action here. I would buy about 10 boxes of these:



and then scatter them throughout the yard. Then, buy a pack of cigarettes and every day as you drive by it, light one of them and throw it into the yard. It will only be a matter of time before one of those cigarettes "accidentally" hits one of those cubes, and that whole thing will go up very quickly from there.
