The Fatty Statty Stat Stat of the game =   JO 9-10 FTs

Its 90% yes, but we were down 45-41 and really stuggling and his 6-6 FT shooting was responsible for half our pts over the next 4:40.

season-long, kstate oboard numbers are great, obviously.  but in the last few (5-8 games or so), they've been mediocre at best.  and kstate's dboard numbers have never been good.

kstate rebounding is more talking point than reality, as of now.

that was the worst OR game for Frank since he's been here. And it isn't very close.

FT rate for the game and the 2nd half was spectacular. I'm sure all 5 So Miss fans are upset.

We were pretty good defensivly except for a 2 1/2 min stretch in the first half when they made 4 straight FGs and hit 3 FTs.   And then in the 2nd half, they hit 5 straight FGs in a 4 minute stretch early in the 2nd half.    Two bad spurts but other than that they only made 25% (13-52

eFG% above 50,  FTR over 80%,  TO% under 20 ........ all nice stats

2 3pt makes and 5 offensive boards.   Cant do this anymore and expect to move on.

Past 7 games,  OR% only 31.5  ---  only getting 9.3 OR/gm  --- NOT GOOD
Past 8 games,  TO%  18.8 --- 20% or under 6 of those 8 games ---- GOOD

They outrebounded us

Other than 3's, we shot pretty well

Gip and Irving made a couple plays, but overall our bench wasn't outstanding.

Gruds, JO, and Angel - just keep ballin and let the chips fall where they may.

Went 1-3 FTs on the "and one" part trying to convert 3 pt play.
25-31 other than that.   So nice to get 25 points from charity stripe from  those 16 possessions.
Frankly it's a must when you only make 2 3pt shots all day.

First 12 minutes =   we held USM to 4-19 Fg and 1-2 FT.  10 points

After falling behind 45-41 .... and i was like  :ohno: ...... we made them go 1-12 FG and 4-8 FT.  9 minutes/6 points

Play Junkyard Defense for that long, for 2 stretches.... gotta think good things will happen

21 minutes total, 5-31 FG, 5-10 FT.  16 points.

i love powercat posse's random-stretches-of-the-game stats.

JO had a couple triple doubles earlier in the year  :dunno:

I don't think that Frank has ever loved a player more than he does Rodney.  I think if Frank could clone player personalities EMAW hoops would be like 15 Rodneys out there, which would be bad for dancing.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Ooops, sorry about that.

No, without going back and watching each game I don't believe there is anything that tracks points given up after we score.
