Is there any way this incident might help our recruiting?

" According to the Purdy’s family attorney, the man “just never recovered” from “a significant head injury, a broken leg, broken ribs"

As opposed to most people who don't recover from being 87 freaking years old.

Yeah, I think she's going to be all right on the manslaughter charges. I mean the guy died 4 months after the crash. Tubs will probably have to open up the wallet to the family, though.

they actually won't have to pay much (outside of what I assume are monster medical bills).  old people have little value.

The meds will be huge, otherwise the loss of consortium claim is pretty much worthless.  gross.

I doubt the car crash was as bad as Tech's final 5 games of the season.

Is there any way this incident might help our recruiting?

Great minds think alike. Manhatter posted about Maurice Chandler http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/recruiting/player-Wilson-Chandler-131781. In a Rivals update, he says KSU and Tech are strong possibilities.

MAAAAUUUURIIIICE! DO YOU HEAR US!??! Don't go to Tech, bro. Tubby's wife will bang you until you're 87 then run you off the road. Oh, and Tech people are  :opcat:
Please don't ban me, Mr. Dave.

He has to lose his job with all of this crap, right?

So, let me get this straight...

He's being sued for fraud while his wife is facing crap for potentially killing someone?

If I were him, I'd just find a way for someone to smuggle me to Mexico and get me on a plane to Poland or something.  He may as well just live life in exile.

The Texas Tech fans just hate him, too. It's not a good situation.
