Other than this not being 2005, I see no reason to be optimistic about this game. We're an average team playing a better team.

My point is this; most of my life as a fan, K-State teams were seemingly beat before they even took the floor against KU. Almost more so in the OOD. I don't think that is the case anymore.

Good point. Do we rush the court if we win? I hope not.

Depends if the selection committee takes this into account and if it will help or hurt us.

This is the most "meh" I've felt about losing at home to KU since 2005. Mizzou/Baylor games are passing interest at this point. I may wander in during the second half from my view in the proverbial parking lot. Don't really care much at this point.

Cork remains firmly in place. Human condition deferred.
