Thank god Bill can create an environment where kids can not only have a good time, but not be horribly upset when they get stabbed.

Question:  Is there something about KU and their players being stabbed? 

I mean, when I think of basketball players being stabbed, off the top of my head I can only think of two.  One is Giddeons being stabbed after he tried to mob assault some d00d with a dozen other guys and a brick, and the other is Paul Pierce.  Granted PP wasn't stabbed in Lawrence.  That said, are ppl stabbing them because of some life mark they carry from being in Lawrence, or are they just the type of ppl that others want to stab?

It must be some form of initiation.  The football players don't stand a chance against a bunch as hard as those guys.

Probably crap human beings who were unable to develop any social skills at hayseed u causing them to be nothing but crap human beings when they are out in the public setting

It's not initiation.  PP was stabbed well after he ran away successfully from Lawrence. 

I don't know about the crap human being stance either.  I mean, bb guns shootings, dui's, on campus brawls, and beating up gf's aside, these ppl aren't running around being violent and stabbing others, just getting stabbed. 

Maybe someone has it in for KU bb'ers and whenever said someone is caught in a 1 on 12 brawl with bricks being thrown at their heads, or when they see PP walking out of a club, they feel like they just HAVE to stab them?

Not sure if this is the right thread, but I can confirm that Finest Atchinson did a lot of "stabbing" during his time in MHK, ifyaknowwhatimean.  :gocho:

I believe PP was stabbed after talking crap on the wrong couple of dudes in a Boston pool hall.  To me, that is on him for putting himself in that position (All-star NBAer vs rando felon).  In fact, one of the dudes was just busted recently for stabbing a DEA informant :sdeek:

My favorite rumor on the Giddens stabbing is that it was gang related - the stabber was some sort of Blood (or wannabe) dressed in red from head to toe and Giddens grew up in a Crip hood in OKC.  That or Giddens stiffed his pot dealer and the guy wasn't going to take it lying down.
